BOOKING CONDITIONS
SAFETY FIRST, GOOD VIBES ONLY - NO EXCESSIVE INTOXICATION
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time at sea.
For that reason, we cannot allow guests on board who are clearly too intoxicated by alcohol or other substances.
If this happens, boarding will be denied and the payment will not be refunded.
The captain and crew will assess the situation – always putting safety first.
WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
RESPONSIBILITY & CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions from the crew.
Any damage caused to the vessel or equipment due to negligence will be charged to the customer.
